Disassembly and Assembly of a Colorman Press

Disassembly and Assembly works for a Colorman Press. A series of complex disassembly and assembly processes were applied on a Colorman Press fabricated by Fabripress, a fabricator located in Meco, for the company Bermong, in Coslada, with excellent results.

We have used a configuration of ten printing towers with two folding machines up to a story of six towers and a folding machine that is transformed into a previous era.

This control account for a control of Man Roland, Variators of Baumuller, control of press Qi, Oxy Drive, Technotrans, Eco Clean … Systems which Indufit Machine develops with total solvency and guarantees an effective start in production .

The dismantling period was 2 months and more than 3 month in assembly, plus 15 days of start-up with the new one.

With this new project of the company, Bermont reaffirms its reliability on Indufit Machine for the movement of machinery, becoming the largest printing plant as a volume of machines in Spain.

The disassembly and assembly of the Colorman press represented a new challenge for our technical team. From here we want to thank all the human team that was involved in this project.
